At this level, it is apparently impossible to understand everything you hear.
You need a certain amount of vocabulary and expressions to understand what native speakers say. But here I will give you some hints that may help you to understand these answers.

	こchila　　　 Polite expression which means here or this way in this case.
	あchila　　　 Polite expression which means there or that way in this case.
	degozaいmas(u) Polite expression of 「です」

Usually, shop assistants or sales clerks use such polite expressions when they speak to their customers.
